Keep titles under 60 characters when possible so they do not truncate on mobile. One primary keyword per video — not five crammed together.
Step 2 — Write Descriptions That Match Intent
First 150 characters appear above the fold — state the problem and outcome immediately. Follow with 200–400 words expanding on steps, tools mentioned, and related topics. Add timestamps (0:00 Intro, 1:24 Fix encoder settings) — chapters improve UX and give YouTube structural signals.
